Chọn phần mềm thiết kế Để đáp ứng nhu cầu cho việc học tập của các em học sinh trong thời kì công nghệ thông tin và khuyến khích đội ngũ giáo viên ở các cấp học đổi mới hình thức dạy học cho học sinh qua ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin vào giảng dạy bằng phần mềm trong việc thiết kế hồ sơ bài giảng điện tử e-Learning. Thực tiễn các năm qua nhóm chúng tôi rất thành thạo việc sử dụng các file trình chiếu trên Powerpoint để phục vụ công tác và giảng dạy. Do đó qua nghiên cứu, thực hành, sử dụng một số phần mềm để làm bài giảng nhóm chúng tôi thấy phần mềm Adobe Presenter có ưu điểm tốt và khai thác được những kiến thức mà bản thân chúng tôi đã có là khả năng kết hợp giữa Powerpoint với phần mềm Adobe Presenter để chuyển tải các bài trình chiếu Powerpoint thông thường sang tương tác tích cực. 2. Mục tiêu chính của việc xây dựng các bài giảng điện tử: - Giúp người học nắm được kiến thức cả về lí thuyết và thực hành. Với những hướng dẫn cụ thể nhưng đề cao tính tự học do đó người học hiểu bài và thực hành được ngay sau các nội dung lí thuyết. - Đề cao tính tự học của tất cả các đối tượng và bài giảng điện tử e-Learning đáp ứng được các nhu cầu trong quá trình học tập. - Ưu việt trong thích ứng các hoàn cảnh học tập và tạo ra các điều kiện để người học có thể tự học ở các thời điểm khác nhau, không bị ràng buộc về không gian, thời gian cũng như mọi hoàn cảnh khác nhau. 2.1. Tuân thủ các quy định trong trình bày bài giảng a) Ngoài slide giới thiệu và kiểm tra còn tất cả các slide đều đồng nhất để người học tập trung vào nội dung học tập. b. Màu sắc các slide không lòe loẹt và không rối mắt người học. c. Chữ trình bày rõ ràng theo font Arial , màu sắc rõ ràng. d. Hệ thống bài giảng theo các hoạt động và mỗi bài tập đều hướng dẫn cách làm. e. Mỗi bài tập đều có nút lệnh kiểm tra kết quả để người học đối chiếu để xem mình đã hoàn thành nội dung gì và mình chưa hoàn thành nội dung gì. g. Cuối các bài tập có thống kê kết quả của người học. 2.2. Kĩ năng thiết kế Multimedia
2. a. Các slide đều có sử dụng Audio để giảng bài và hướng dẫn giúp người học sử dụng đa kênh trong học tập (nghe, xem, thực hành ) b. Có các video ghi hình giáo viên giảng bài và các nội dung giới thiệu, chuyển tiết, củng cố . c. Có hình ảnh trong các bài tập, các clips minh họa cho các nội dung kiến thức của bài học. d. Sử dụng các phần mềm hỗ trợ trong quá trình thiết kế để đạt được mục tiêu về nội dung. e. Công nghệ: Đóng gói theo chuẩn SCORM, HTML của thể lệ quy định. Sản phẩm thân thiện khi sử dụng trong môi trường học tập online hoặc offline rất phù hợp trong tình hình học tập hiện nay của Việt Nam. 2.3. Nội dung các câu hỏi của GV Hệ thống các câu hỏi trong bài giảng mang tính gợi mở kích thích người học qua hệ thống tương tác tích cực để khắc sâu và củng cố nội dung bài học. Câu hỏi tập trung kích thích tư duy và động não người học trong việc đưa ra vấn đề và giải quyết vấn đề. Dạy học lấy người học làm trung tâm và vì lợi ích của người học. Sử dụng đa dạng các kiểu tương tác và khai thác triệt để tính ưu việt của phần mềm cũng như các phần mềm hỗ trợ thực hiện các ý đồ thiết kế tăng khả năng tự học của người học. III.
